Corporate
We advise foreign investors in the establishment of their companies in Colombia, whether as a Simplified Stock Company (SAS) or a branch of a foreign company, handling the entire process 100% remotely without the need to travel to Colombia. We subsequently provide legal guidance for the development of their businesses in the following situations:
a) Corporate Amendments: advisory services for name changes, changes in legal representatives, modifications in the legal representation system (modifications and removals of principal and/or alternate representatives), capital increases, changes in the corporate purpose, review, and modification of the Articles of Incorporation, Dissolution, and Liquidation of companies. This includes the preparation of minutes and documents as well as the registration process with the Chamber of Commerce.
b) Transfer of Shares: preparation of the share purchase agreement, updating the shareholders’ register, and addressing any additional legal implications this transfer may entail.

Registrability Analysis
Before starting the registration process, a legal analysis must be conducted to determine whether the trademark to be registered is viable or not, based on previously registered trademarks and the elements defined by trademark commercial law for its registration.

Registration Process with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC)
Once registrability is determined, we represent our clients in the trademark registration process with the SIC, handling the application process and following up on the registration process until obtaining the trademark registration certificate.

Opposition
During the trademark registration process, anyone may oppose the registration if they believe there are obstacles to its registration as established by Industrial Property Law. In such cases, we handle the review of the opposition filed and defend the trademark.
Visas
We advise our clients on the type of Colombian VISA they can apply for according to their needs and the requirements of each type: Business VISA, Partner/Owner of a Company VISA, Work VISA, Digital Nomad VISA, etc. We handle the entire process, from initial advisory on the type of VISA, document review, online application, to following up on the application until obtaining a response. Real Estate
In the real estate law practice, we advise our clients when they need to lease or purchase properties in Colombia, whether offices, apartments, houses, or warehouses. We have properties for rent or sale that we present to clients according to their need to purchase or rent in Colombia.
